Morning. Priya rang about 14 Hall St.
What did she say?
She wants a second look before she decides.
Her brief is on her contact card if you need it.
Found it, thanks. Budget and suburbs look current.
Strata report is in the property file too.
I can do Thursday afternoon if that helps.
Good. I will sort a time for Thursday in the deal channel.
Open home at 11. Who is taking it?
Me. Bringing the Raman brief.
Vendor's agent for Hall St wants offers by Friday.
Noted. Priya is not there yet.
Suburb profile is in her portal already.
Strata report is in the property file for anyone who needs it.
@Jordan Ellis can you tell Priya about Friday? She is your contact.
@Sam Ortiz can you take Priya through 14 Hall St at 2pm Thursday?

A team's messages should not live in a separate app.
The deal is in the CRM and the conversation about it is in a chat app, so what was said about a client sits somewhere the record is not.
Team Chat puts channels and direct messages in the same dashboard as the records.
A room for a deal, a line to a teammate.
A channel for a deal, a suburb or the whole team, open to the agency or private to the people you add, and a direct message started from your roster.

What Team Chat has
- ChannelsA channel for a deal, a suburb or the whole team, with a topic line, open to your agency or private to the people you add.
- Direct messagesA one-to-one thread with a teammate, started from your agency's roster.
- MentionsType @ and pick a teammate. A count beside the conversation tells them how many messages are aimed at them.
- Unread marksA dot on a conversation with something new, cleared once you have read it.
- Edit and deleteFix your own message after it is sent, or delete it. A deleted message leaves a note in its place rather than a gap.
- Failed-send retryA message the network refused stays in the thread with Retry and Discard, so what you typed is not lost.
- Live threadNew messages appear as they are sent, and the thread catches up on its own when your tab comes back.
- Message historyScroll back through earlier messages. The whole thread is kept.
- Top-bar shortcutOn a desktop, the icon beside the bell opens chat from any dashboard screen. On a phone, chat is a row in the menu.
Chat is for your agency, so it needs one - the roster is the people on it.
