Retire 37 tools. Run your buyers agent business in one platform.
18 modules on one client record: contacts, mail, calls, property research, documents, signatures and AUSTRAC compliance.
Agencies listed on Buyersagents.com.au

The client record is split across the stack.
A CRM, a mailbox, a diary, a data subscription, a signing tool and a spreadsheet for compliance: each is its own subscription and its own login, and none of them holds the whole client. The lead is in one, the email thread in another, the ID check in the spreadsheet.
18 modules. 157 features. One login.
Each module does one job. A lead, a call, a document and an ID check all land on the same client record.

AML and identity checks, client onboarding, and a record of what was done, filed against the client rather than kept in a spreadsheet and a separate tool. What you must report, and when, stays your call. Our job is to make the evidence easy to produce.

What Buyersagents.com.au is
Buyersagents.com.au is an Australian property services platform operated by Buyers Agents Technologies Pty Ltd (ABN 95 695 266 150). It has two halves. The public directory lets someone buying a property search for a buyer's agent by suburb, read reviews and send that agent an enquiry, with no account needed. The agent software, which an agent signs in to, holds the work that follows an enquiry: contacts and clients, buyer briefs, property research, appointments and bookings, documents and signatures, and email with a client. An agent connects their own Gmail or Outlook mailbox for that email; the permissions below cover the Gmail connection, which Google reviews.
Why we ask to connect your Google Calendar
An agent can connect their own Google Calendar so that the two diaries stay in step. An appointment booked in this platform is written to their Google Calendar, and an event in that calendar appears in their diary here. It is optional, the agent turns it on themselves, and it can be disconnected at any time.
With calendar access we read the events on the calendar you connect and the times it is marked busy, we create, change and delete events for the appointments you make here, and we read the email address of the Google Account so we can show you which one is connected. Connecting your calendar gives us no access to your mail. We do not ask for your Google contacts, your Google profile or your files. We do not sell that information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to train any AI model.
Why we ask to connect your Gmail
Gmail is the mailbox BuyersagentsOS connects. Google is reviewing the two permissions below, and the page you are reading is where we set out what we ask a Google Account for and why.
An agent connects their own Gmail mailbox so that email with a client appears on that client's file, and so that a reply written here leaves from their own address and lands in their own Sent folder. It is a separate choice from the calendar, turned on by the agent, and can be disconnected at any time.
We ask for two permissions. We read your mail, so we can tell which messages involve one of your own contacts and put those on that client's file. And we send mail as you, so your reply comes from you rather than from us. A message that does not involve one of your contacts is discarded and never stored. We ask for the read-only permission, so we cannot change, label, archive or delete anything in your mailbox. We do not sell your mail, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to train any AI model.
Our privacy policy sets out what we receive from Google, who else it reaches, how long we keep it, and how to disconnect it or withdraw the permission at Google.
