Trust in property needs real checks. A verified review comes from a client the agent has worked with, left through a private, single-use link we send them - not copied from somewhere else.

Agents can't add reviews to their own profile. A verified review is left by a client the agent invited through a private, single-use link, tied to a specific piece of their work.

The verified badge marks an agent whose identity we have confirmed.

The Australian Buyers Agent Index
In 2026 we ran the first Australian Buyers Agent Index, a national survey of the buyers agency profession covering fees, market conditions and regulation. We plan to publish the findings later in the year.
