What it does
Where the team talks about the work.
- A channel for a deal, a suburb or the whole team, with a topic line.
- Open to your agency, or private to the people you add.
- Type @ and pick a teammate. A count beside the conversation tells them how many messages are aimed at them.
- A dot on a conversation with something new, cleared once you have read it.
- New messages appear as they are sent, and the thread catches up on its own when your tab comes back.
- Scroll back through earlier messages. The whole thread is kept.
Chat is for your agency, so it needs one - the roster is the people on it.
