Verify every client before you start.
Send a client an identity check from their record in the CRM. Document authenticity, liveness, face match and AML screening run in one pass, and the decision comes back filed against that record.
Compliance checks shouldn’t slow you down.
Chasing ID documents by email, logging into a separate verification portal, then typing the result into a spreadsheet takes longer than the check itself. Worse, the evidence ends up in three places, so months later you cannot produce a straight answer about what was checked.
BA Compliance sends the check from the client record and files the result there.
What the check actually covers.
The check runs with our identity vendor, Didit, on a workflow we configured. It is a point-in-time check: it does not re-screen anyone afterwards, and it does not make us your reporting entity - anything AUSTRAC needs to see is still yours to lodge.
- One link, sent from the client's record - the check covers document authenticity, liveness, face match, AML screening against sanctions, politically exposed persons and adverse media, and IP analysis
- The decision files itself against the client - document type, expiry, issue date and issuing authority, face-match status, AML status, proof of address, the list of checks performed, and any warnings
- We hold the decision, not the documents - no ID images and no raw ID data sit on our side, and the printable certificate on the client file is rendered from that stored summary
AML/KYC Check works across the platform.
The decision lands on the client record in BA CRM, closes the KYC gate on the engagement checklist, and shows in the client’s buyers portal as outstanding or complete. One state, read the same way on both sides of the engagement.
AML/KYC Check
BA CRM
The client record shows where the check is up to.
Onboard Clients
Planned: full onboarding, with KYC as one of the engagement gates.
BA Buyers Portal
Clients see whether their check is outstanding or complete.
Replaces your standalone compliance tools.
The identity check, the register it writes to, and the certificate it renders are all in here, so the separate AML tool and the spreadsheet behind it stop earning their keep.
One platform does it all
Everything those tools did, in one place.
- AML screening inside the same check
- An identity check sent from the client record
- A verifications register on the client file
- A printable certificate rendered from the decision
Start every client relationship on solid ground.
Send the check, read the decision, keep the certificate on the client file. Evidence you can still produce months later, without chasing a single document by email.
